Blackout Window Film in Irvine, California

Solar Art installed blackout window film to a building in Irvine, California! The commercial building has a warehouse attached that stores all of the inventory and products. The business owner was looking for a way to increase privacy and prevent people who are driving or walking by from being able to see into the warehouse. The business owner was worried about security and was looking for a way to affordably secure the warehouse space. Solar Art has done work with the business owner in the past, so he decided to reach out to see if Solar Art has a window film solution that will increase privacy in the warehouse!

Solar Art's Goals

Solar Art’s goals for this project were to help the customer find a window film solution that will increase privacy and increase safety and security in the warehouse space. In order to do this, we had our sales representative from our Orange County office meet with the business owner at the warehouse. While onsite, our sales representative can take exact measurements of the glass in question and show the customer different window film samples that are going to increase privacy.

What Solar Art Suggested

While our sales representative was onsite with the business owner, he was able to talk to him and get a good understanding of what he is looking for the window film to accomplish. The business owner explained how it is a safety risk to have the warehouse glass exposed to people walking and driving by. People can easily see into the warehouse and see the inventory that is in stock, which puts the warehouse at risk of getting broken into. The customer felt that the warehouse needed a window film that would completely prevent people from seeing into the store. When our sales representative learned that the customer was looking for the maximum amount of privacy, he suggested blackout window film. He suggested blackout window film because it blacks out the windows and will completely prevent anyone from being able to see into the warehouse. From there, our sales representative showed the customer samples of blackout film so he could see what it would look like held up to the glass.

What the Customer Chose

A After the customer met with our sales representative, learned about the different types of window film available on the market, he decided to take his suggestion and move forward with blackout window film. He installed blackout window film on all of the windows in the warehouse to create the maximum amount of privacy. Blackout window film is a type of decorative window film that will prevent people from seeing into and out of the glass. Now, people walking by or driving by the warehouse won’t be able to see into the warehouse or see any of the products and inventory in stock.
